Unable to create a new project

Hi Folks,&nbsp;I am trying to create a new project in the existing organisation in Azure DevOps.&nbsp;Can someone guide me on the how to check the setting ( access or permissions )or check list on how to create one.&nbsp;Regards,Mamata

Kidd_Ip&nbsp;&nbsp;Thanks , i checked the setting was able to do it.&nbsp;Is there any training video for Administrator level set up that i can go through.
