Unable to connect Linux VM through Putty

Hi Guys,

 

I´m some hours trying to fix this issue, but it persists.

I created to VM Linux-based, one with a password and another one with the public and private key, but when I try to log in I get this statement: No supported authentication methods available (server sent: public key). I need ur help.

    if you are using the SSH key authentication, than make sure that you private key is converted to PuTTY .ppk format by using PuTTYgen (https://puttykeyinfo.com/).
