First confirm the correct directory is selected in the portal account menu, or try a direct tenant URL if you know the tenant ID. If the account can sign in but shows tenant/subscription errors, it may not have access to any subscription in that directory and needs to be added by an owner/admin. If it is a backend account/subscription issue, open Azure billing or sign-in support.
