Triggering pipeline based on user story changed field

Hi

We want to implement a pipeline triggering based on the story changed field.

I have a custom field we created on each user story with a specific project and its boolean field.

My goal is when some user changes this button from "false" to "true" that would trigger my pipeline.

Is that something possible to achive?
