Transferring An Azure Subscription from Ingram

Hi all! We recently acquired another Microsoft Partner (woohoo!) and they are currently an indirect with Ingram. I am trying to transfer the subscriptions using the Transfer tool within Partner Center. To do this, you need the Azure AD ID to send the request to the incumbent partner. Ingram has sent us a form to fill out but without that number, I don't have the right information to get the process rolling. Has anyone successfully transferred an Azure subscription from Ingram? Have any tips? Please help!!!
