Tracking day-to-day Completed Work for developers in a sprint

Hi all!

Is there any way to track the number or hours of Completed Work has been made by a developer/developers in a team on a daily basis throughout a sprint?

The daily capacity of the team is set at 8, and I would like to ensure that my team members are completing at least 7 hours of work.

Please let me know if there is a query or extension that can help me!
