TFS backup validation

Question

I have made a scheduled plan for a TFS on Windows Server 2019 and it's on a domain, that runs on Microsoft SQL database, The backup is daily and it retains the backup for 1 month.

The question is how can I validate these backups, meaning how can I make sure if I'm restoring these backups it will work properly?

Other than creating a similar virtual environment and restoring these backups and test it.
