Test Case ordering issue (sequencing issue) in Azure Test Plan

Hello,

The users are arranging the test cases in a specific order by dragging and moving the test cases up and down within a test suite. But ADO is over-writing this ordering and is pushing back the order of the test cases based on the Test Case ID. This is causing lot of inconvenience to the users who have to manually order the test cases each time before execution.

Do we have a solution to this issue already?
