Terms of Use - Conditional Access configuration for "MS365 Apps for Enterprise (on-Premise)"

Hi @all,

at the moment we try to implement terms of use for our employees. In the conditional access menu I can only find that I can activate it for cloud apps.

Is there a way that the users also get the pop-up of the terms, when the use the on-premise office apps? "MS365 Apps for Enterprise".

Thank you in advance 🙂

The 'commonName' (CN) attribute of the SSL certificate presented for this service is for a different machine.

  • Cloud apps include the M365 Apps for Enterprise, so for example if a user is using the M365 Outlook app on his workstation on Prem, he will be asked to Verify MFA to gain access to his outlook. Conditional Access requires at least P1 license

We don't use the MFA for the Office on-Premise apps. When the user log in to our local AD, the user is automatically logged into the Office app.
