Support Extension Error Message
Hello, Simple question, how do I access Azure support? I've paid for a monthly developer subscription, try to raise a support ticket but get this error? Telephone request errors also so I'm stuck...

GFacing the same issue at our end on all accounts under our MS ENtra account!
been happening since almost over a month now.

Hello,
I talked to Azure who helped and resolved my understanding of the support process.
I cannot raise support tickets via the Azure portal, I don't qualify for this based on my subscription and support package.
For example, I had paid for the Developer support plan. This isn't suitable for support via Azure. I'd have needed to upgrade to the next tier $100 PCM (not necessary for my needs, see below)
My Azure license is via O365 P1 and not a direct Azure subscription. This is why support tickets cannot be raised in Azure.
I need to raise support tickets via the O365 Admin Centre. This covers support in Azure e.g. Entra ID etc.
