Subject: Migration to azure devops services (cloud) from on premise azure devops (TFS)

I am currently using Azure DevOps On-Premises for project management, repositories, and pipelines, with deployments to on-premise servers and on-premise databases. Now, I plan to migrate to Azure DevOps Services (cloud) for project, repositories, and pipelines management, while still deploying to on-premise servers and maintaining on-premise databases.
