Stable URL for latest build artifact

Hi everybody,

I would like to set up an Azure pipeline that provides the latest build artifact (zip file) via a stable URL. I know how to build and upload the artifact as build artifact, but do not have a way to provide the "latest build" via a stable URL. Are there any ideas on how this can be achieved? Coming from Gitlab CI where this can be achieved via a "latest" build in package registry, what is the best approach in Azure?

The idea behind is that other team members can always download the latest build via the same URL.
