Set field value when pull request completes

I've added a Boolean field to my work items, PR Complete. I'd like it to automatically change to True when an work item's pull request is completed. Is this possible?

Alternatively, the card color on the Kanban board could change color when the PR completes, without adding my PR Complete field.
