Set default setting of 'Working with bugs' when a new team is created

Hi All,

In Azure DevOps, we want a new team to be created with the setting of 'Working with bugs' to default to the choice 'Bugs are managed with requirements'. 

Currently, when we create a new team, it is set to a different choice 'Bugs are managed with tasks' and then we have to manually change.

How do we set the default value of this setting for new teams moving forward? Thanks in advance
