Running Appium tests on self hosted agent in Azure pipeline

For different reasons I am unable to run my Appium tests using App Center or other cloud services. However, I'd like to incorporate them into an existing Azure pipeline. I am considering doing so using a self hosted agent. Is this possible? I can't find any info online.
