Requirements Quality Widget Showing 'No Linked Tests' though all configurations in place

Have 1 query regarding requirement quality widget , please help us answering same:

Once this widget is configured with build/release pipeline, we can see user stories wise pass fail results, but soon widget gets updated as ‘No Linked tests’, need to understand is there any specific duration for which it looks if any runs are present and anything prior to given duration wont be considered to report in widget?
