Publish a Visual Studio Project to Multiple Git Repos in Azure DevOps

Is it possible to commit changes in Visual Studio to multiple Git repos hosted by different organizations in Azure DevOps?  It's a long story so please don't ask why.  Basically when committing changes in Visual Studio we need those changes to go to Org A in Azure DevOps and Org B in Azure DevOps.  Something similar to the following video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0v2HxBQ5gLg

I've seen the multi-repo support in VS 2022 but that looks different from what I'm asking which is one project going to multiple repos.
