Problem with SSO
Hello, We have a problem with a settings SSO for one customer. Customer is using PHS and wants to has SSO but SSO is not working for app like word, excel etc.. Do you know where can be a problem ...

I suggest running the ADconnect wizard to (re)enable SSO, and also take note of the URLs that need to be added to the intranet zone. Do you use a proxy perhaps? That's also mentioned in the article.

Yes, we suggest this mandatory steps to our Partner but he replied that it is not working.
