Placing the application gateway behind the front door

I'm trying to put the application gateway behind and it's not working.
No application gateway configures multiple paths.

No port port or frontends, not configuring application backend/port and finally configure as routing rules. But it still doesn't work, I don't know what I'm doing wrong.
