Pipeline confiugration in Azure DevOps

There are a total of four (a,b,c,d) connected Repositories. Of these, D Repo is a common library concept and is not used for actual services, so can the components distributed in A and B Repo be configured to be distributed in D Repo at the same time? (for example, under the same name as d.jar)
