PIM actavation taking too long
When I activate my roles in Entra and then go to the admin center. It can take almost 20 minutes before the privileges are active in the admin center. Hopefully you can in the future do something...
I have been seeing this when activating my SharePoint Admin role. It was taking a minute or two (sometimes 5 minutes or so), but today it has been over 4 hours.

Tried most of those steps.
Step number 3 is not very helpful. Logged a ticket with M365 support, and they rejected the ticket saying I must log it under Azure support, and that is not free.
