PHP Graph API Permissions Issues...

I have a simple PHP application which retrieves profile information from the Azure AD.  Works fine in dev, however, once installed on a client site (their own Azure AD), they receive this error message:

Some errors in API response: Insufficient privileges to complete the operation.

Has anyone experienced this using the Microsoft Graph API?
