Performance Issue - Azure VMSS Slower Than Azure Hosted Machines

Hello,

I've been using an Azure VMSS with 2 vCPU machines and 4GB memory (Tried Standard_D2s_v3 & Standard_DS2_v2- spots | tried ssd premium and ssh standard 30GB), a setup similar in CPU and memory configuration  to Azure hosted machines. Both my Azure DevOps and VMSS are located in the same region - West Europe.

I've noticed a significant performance difference when running jobs on my VMSS compared to Azure hosted machines. This is not related to parallel jobs; I'm experiencing the slowdown with individual jobs running separately on the VMSS.

Any insights or suggestions to help improve the performance of individual jobs running on my VMSS would be greatly appreciated.
