Per User Usage Notification

Hello: New Here. Thanks in advance.

Does Azure allow us to get notified when a user in a resource group reaches a particular set data threshold?

We have set up a Resource Group for a set of users and we would like to be notified when ever any one of these users reach a predefined data point.

Any help is appreciated.
