No hosted parallelism has been purchased or granted

Getting this error "No hosted parallelism has been purchased or granted. To request a free parallelism grant, please fill out the following form https://aka.ms/azpipelines-parallelism-request" while running pipeline on personal subscription.

 

Personal subscription created through visual story enterprise subscription. this forms already filled 2-3 day back but no response yet.

    I am facing a similar problem.
    I have the free tier and I can't get any Pipeline running unless I have the parallelism !
    I have just filled the form but I am not sure if this will be granted.
    I am actually doing this as a testing to the Azure DevOps
