No Discount Coupon Available after attending Azure Fundamentals Virtual Event
Hello Guys,
Good day! Trust you are doing well.
First, I apologies for posting my query here. I'm not sure if it's the right place to post my query. I am posting here as my Thank you email from Microsoft did not had any Email address which I can reach out to for help.
I recently attended a Microsoft Virtual Event on Azure Fundamentals and received a thank you email as well. I did follow the steps mentioned in the email to register for the exam. Unfortunately when I try to do so, it shows no discount is available for the user.
Has anyone faced this issue before? What would you recommend me me to do?

Girish_2807 I know that everyone receives the Thank You email from Microsoft just by originally registering for the even, so that one won't have your coupon code. Hidden away in the disclaimer for the event, it states you needed to attend every sessions they offered for that event or else you wouldn't qualify for the coupon code. Did you attend every session for that event and stay the whole time? If so I would highly recommend contact Microsoft Support as they fixed this issue for me in the past when the system incorrectly stated I didn't attend all the sessions for my event.
