No Azure Database connector in Visual Studio

I am trying to get an etl flow together in visual studio and I can start with teh excel file I want to load then create sql server destination, but I can't connect to our database because our database is an azure database and that's not an option.  I connect via azure active directory integrated authentication and there is no option.   Sql server authentication doesn't work and neither does windows authentication.

Help please.
