Network Connectivity

If we have 2 office geo locations:   Office A and Office B, each Office uses the Site-to-Site VPN to connect with Azure cloud and connectivity is ok. 

• Office A   connects to Azure Australia east region - S2S VPN   --- passed through ping test
• Office B   connects to Azure Southeast Asia region - S2S VPN   ---  --- passed through ping test
• Azure Australia east region and  Azure Southeast Asia region have Azure VNET connection (two ways) via Virtual Network Gateway.     --- passed through ping test

Office A  <---- S2S VPN -----> Azure Australia east region  <----Azure_Vnet----->   Azure Southeast Asia region  <---- S2S VPN ----->  Office B 

 

    According to the above network connectivity , could we get ping through from Office A to Azure Southeast Asia region  OR from Office B to Azure Australia east region ?
