Name change & profile picture sync takes weeks

Hello,   When we change a users display name or profile picture, it takes weeks for the change to fully synchronize before it shows the same correct information in Teams, Outlook, SharePoint.   D...

I can tell your situation....btw, may I know if your sync was on-prem involved? Such as ADFS?

    Kidd_Ip an hybrid environment. On-prem AD with Azure Connect.

     

    When viewed users profile on m365 admin center, entra ac, teams ac, the correct information is visible.

     

    Our problem is what the other users see in their Teams, Outlook and SharePoint…
