My admin user lost access to my Azure DevOps Organizations

Hi!

Last week, I have changed the password of my user account email address removed for privacy reasons, but, after that, it I have lost my access to my Azure DevOps Organization/Project.

Organization URL: https://dev.azure.com/lastpoint-team/

Project URL: https://dev.azure.com/lastpoint-team/Present!

The user is the Adminstrator of the Project:

And is also present in the user Organizations:

But, when logged as the user email address removed for privacy reasons in the Azure Portal, I do not see my organization:

I do not have others admins users to try re-add my user to organization.

Did I have another way to handle that?
