Missing logs on Network Policy Server (NPS)

Question

We are using this type of document for an installation.

We did installation according to instruction and we are missing logs and MFA isn´t working correctly.

Did somebody face the same issues?

Any tips, thx in advance

I've got additional information. We got Sign-ins error in AD:: Device Authentication failed. Sign-in error code: 50155

Do somebody know if the NPS server must be Azure joined?
