Migrate a DevOps process

Hi

how are you doing? Bit of a DevOps newbie, but, I’d like to know after you have created a new process which includes modifications to the User Story work item, how can I migrate these to another azure organisation ? 

I want to be in a position where I can automate this as part of a project spin up process.
