Microsoft Azure support is a joke!

So, I had to troubleshoot issues with Azure AD Sync. Guy from support was completely baffled when he saw my route table with 0.0.0.0/0 over firewall appliance.

Hmmm, what is this says the guy, with no shame!!!

I think you should remove this 0.0.0.0/0. WTF???

The guy apparently DIDN'T KNOW WHAT IS A DEFAUL ROUTE.

I mean, seriously??? I do understand he is not a network engineer, but I didn't ask him about BGP confederations or MPLS VRF implementation. He could not understand what is a default route!!!

Now, if that is not pathetic... 🙂

It would be similar if I didn't know what NIC teaming is or how to get into Windows registry. No, it's even worse! 😄

If the thread doesn't close soon, perhaps we can get some more stories for laughing 🙂
