Did you ever have any luck with this? I created a test tenant as a trial, got immediately locked out. I've called 4 different numbers a total of 8 times. I never got through the awful automated system to get to a person. It hung up on me every single time. I've tried chat supports who just tell me to log in. I would love to log in, but I can't.
