Mapping drivers to users

Question

Hi everyone, i'm preparing a new file server in Azure for the users of my company, i already have the folders created and some permission configured to make test, i already defined a user to a folder and i trying to mapping, and when i try it on the user's computer, i reach the folders, but after i put the credentials, i receive the message that "Acces is denied", i double checked the permission configured on AZ File server and everything is correct, do you know if i'm maybe missing something to grant access?

Try running ‘effective access’ and making sure that your target user has the correct permissions that you are expecting
