Management Group Direct Purchase when Exchanging

As already discussed through Tracking ID: #2210200010000632, it would be a really nice feature to use the ExchangeOperations API and Exchange for RIs by purchasing through the "ManagementGroup" scope, rather than the "Single" or "Shared" scope.
