Join Intune problem

Hi All,

I encountered a strange problem. The customer's laptop hard drive changed to another notebook, and AAD was unable to synchronize computer info. We unregister of AAD and removed the device and old Hardware hash ID from Intune. Then, we imported the new Hardware hash ID and logged into the computer using Join your work device to your work or school network to join Azure AD, we saw the device (pink) on Azure AD, but not on Intune, the hardware hash does not mapped to any device, and I have unregister and join it many times without finding any issues.

Does anyone have any ideas?
