Issue with permanent loading when using 'Plans' under boards in ADO

Hi,

 

Is there anyone that can help me with a permanent loading page when selecting 'Plans' under the Boards section in ADO? I have tried using all the projects and it does the same thing.

Also tried to see if this is an extension but its not listed under the list, and i cannot seem to find out what this 'Plans' do. 

I could only find 'Delivery Plans' instead. Is there a way to disable this?

    I was able to resolve this issue.

    It seems that Delivery Plans is an extension we had installed, after upgrading from DevOps Server 2020 to 2022 it is now something that is included by default.

    The resolution was to disable the Delivery Plans extension in Collection Settings. This made the Plans tab vanish, and the Delivery Plans tab replaced it.

    After disabling it everything seems to be functioning as expected.

      Thanks ...Did the 'Plan ' section loaded the data post this process ?..I did the uninstall and reinstall for delivery plans ..but the issue of leading with 'plan' Section remains ..

    We are seeing the same issue in April 2024. Was there ever a resolution?

    KimKee just curious is you were able to resolve this issue. Seeing a similar issue today, and we appear to have the right permissions, but cannot get the plans tab to load.
