Is it possible to block sign-in for Azure B2C users in bulk?

Greetings, all. I need to block sign-ins for a large number of Azure B2C accounts and am wanting to do so in bulk. Is this possible via PowerShell or Graph or something?&nbsp;Any help appreciated.
