IoT Hub iothubconnection may not function properly because it is not in an ACTIVE state.
Dear Sir,
I have created a subscription in y azure account and for 2 months ago it's always inactive.
I have this message :IoT Hub iothubconnection may not function properly because it is not in an ACTIVE state.

Saida_Saidi2020, can you to your IoT Hub instance and check the "status" and "subscription" fields as below:
Make sure the status is Active. If it is not, please check your subscription associated with this service. For that, go back to the Portal main page, in Navigate select Subscriptions and make sure that the subscription is Active.

Command0r Hi ,the status is "suspended", in the Portal main page the subscription is "Disabled". Please find attached the screenshots.
