Integrate Azure Monitor with ITSM Tool

Hello everybody.
Please, does anyone have experience integrating Azure Monitor with an ITSM tool? - Tool used is not Service Now or BSC.

At first I have a path through the webhook but I need to do this integration safely.
Ideria and send all alerts to this help desk tool.
