Impact to destination org when prepping for migration from TFS to ADO service using Migration tool

Hi

I'm preparing to run a test of the Microsoft migration tool to move a TFS collection to an already existing Azure Dev Ops Service organization which has active projects being managed through it.

In the preparation stage, you are required to trigger a default collection.  Does this cause any change/impact to the destination organization? (i.e. may it impact other live projects?)
