- Yes - all it provides is automated answers based on a cascade of specifically enumerated issues. None of which are my issue or provide my answer. Fine, but there is then no option to create a ticket. I am going to cancel the useless support subscription. This morning I was finally able to figure out what was wrong with my VS subscription on my own, sigh.
