how to monitor PAT – personal access token within Microsoft Azure environment?

Hi everyone,I need to know how I can monitor and get alerts for newly created PA tokens, how to log what did they do, how to get report of existing PA tokens etc. I need as much info as possible about this topic.&nbsp;Will be grateful for any info 🙂
