how to know who is the administrator of the subscription?

Hi there,
Could someone tell me how to know who is the administrator of the subscription?
&nbsp;
I am a user of one of the subscription and would like to add money for one year for this subscription.
Using my account, there is no permission to put the Product key to the subscription...
