How to create Azure Account
Hi there,
I am unable to create account on Azure. is it necessary to provide bank account details for creating Azure account?
it is asking me debit card details

- I believe you have to, but you can remove it afterwards, or set Subscription Budget alerts to make sure you don't go over your free allocation.
