How to configure HIPAA in Azure Security Center - Issue in Configuration parameters

Hi

I am getting problem in Configuring the HIPAA initiative in Azure Security Center.

In Azure Security Center->Security Policy->HIPAA/HITRUST

Here there are 94 parameters. for lot of parameters I am not bale provide the values.

is there any one knows how to fill it.
