GPT-4o Deployment is Not Visible in Manual Evalution Configurations

Hello everyone,

I am trying to run a manual evaluation using GPT-4o deployment. As you can see in the screenshot I can't see the GPT-4o deployment in the deployment selection menu. Does anyone have any idea about this? Could GPT-4o be disabled for evaluation by default?
