first-time Azure user, inadvertently activated a costly Synapse Analytics service without use, accum

Hi， this is Harry Huang who is a first-time user of Azure and makes the mistake for the wrong applications of Synapse Analytics service.
I am a passionate technology enthusiast who subscribed to Azure services for self-education and to further my interest in technology. As this was my first experience with cloud services, I was not aware of the need to set up cost-blocking or cost-alerting features. Regrettably, I inadvertently activated the Synapse Analytics Dedicated SQL service without a clear understanding of its costs (Now it costs me AU$13,943.97) and have not utilized it any more.
The service has incurred daily expenses of up to 600 Australian dollars, amounting to a cumulative total of $14,658.52 AUD. This service was activated accidentally, a result of the platform's operational complexity. As a novice to cloud services and someone who has never intentionally used such an expensive feature, I am reaching out to request special consideration/solutions regarding my account.
Here is my request
(1) Is it possible to delay the due date for payment of $14,658.52 AUD ?
(2) Can I have the discount for the Synapse Analytics Dedicated SQL service( AU$13,943.97)?
