Failed to download or parse releases-index.json with error: {"code":"UNABLE_TO_GET_ISSUER_CERT_LOCAL

Hi All,

I am facing issue while running azure devops pipeline for .Net Core application. In the pipeline I am using step "Use .NET Core sdk 6.0.x". At this step I am getting error mentioned in the subject. Earlier pipeline was running successful. I haven't modify anything in the pipeline. not sure what is happening.
